This has been an observation of mine for quite a few years working in the industry and being around multiple fleets of vehicle with this family of light head. The 700 series specifically seem most common to have diodes die. Anyone know why this is, or better yet what is the common failure mode and can it be fixed. I won an auction with quite a few light heads. A good number of them are suffering this condition I was hoping to breath some life back into them.

Wilson here on the board is our resident led guy. He can replace/ update/ change led colors on the 700 series and a lot of other light heads. Look him up. Great guy who will get you squared away. I believe his username is wilsonbr90.
