Anyone know what causes this? We had two of them go to the magenta light. Were trying to figure out the cause and if we can fix them.
Whelen Cencom Core Status Light Magenta?

Per the CenCom Install guide if it stays on longer than 30 seconds, it is just booting up. If its alternating between Magenta and off, it is an SD card error. If you've already checked these two things, how long does it stay on and is it completely non-functional when the light is on?

It was solid magenta and there was no function, but im not sure how long the light stayed on. the truck was functioning fine all day long and then randomly it just went to magenta. I did reference the install guide but I was trying to find a cause for this problem and a way to fix it.
