Whelen core + 2024 F350

I'm struggling to find the cause of my issue. I recently installed Whelen core in a 2024 Ford F350 and I cannot get the core system to recognize any signals ( park, drive, ect) using the the CANPORT and supplied harness. Has anyone had issues with the 2024 superdutys?

What cable are you using for Canport? What port are you plugged into in the Core? Sometimes the cables are pinned backwards.
