Whelen DP4RRRR with Whelen brackets (see images). Never mounted. Mfg. Date 08/17.

"Mounted" means on a vehicle; I have had this on my shop desk for years, "mounted" on a Sony Viao monitor stand (shown, but not included). Run time, all indoors, is less than 5 minutes.
