Whelen East Coast Zig Zag Flash Patterns

Does anyone have any information about the NJ State Police lightbars with the zig zag flash patterns. Is this a custom setup for NJSP or is it available on a specific i/o board.
I know back in the day 911ep had something similar.

Whelen Liberty NJSP Flash Pattern?

Does anybody know what the exact Flash Pattern for NJSP is? If you youtube NJSP you will see it is like a Cylon Pattern but it is a lot faster. The outside corner LEDs are not part of it and has the rapid flash pattern. The 6 LEDS in the middle go back and forth so fast that the bar has zero...
