I came across this bracket on eBay today:

Part DMPED is a DashMiser part, possibly an abbreviation of DashMiser Pedestal, but which appears here as a Swivel Foot Mount:

The bracket for sale appears to be NOS, sealed in the bag with instructions are clearly marked Headlighter Series and that are more than thirty years old. The instructions are folded in quarters and are partly obscured by the sticker that reads Headliter 1 and that is only eighteen years old.
I am having trouble finding any information on any item by that name. Does anyone here have one or photos a Whelen Headliter 1 or of something else in the Whelen Headlighter Series?
