Pay close attention to the dodge charger that has metro state on it its a liberty with a clear lense but has filters in purple and amber

I think the Liberty II filters look pretty nice, so this intrigued me. Did a little Metro-State research (always a mix of entertaining and disturbing) and found the following two pics. They don't answer your question but perhaps give a better look to help.

Since when were Liberty endcap gaskets white?? And also, I don't think they made any colored tints for their lights, except for the smoked lighthead lenses.

The revised single piece gaskets are white silicone for the liberty

My guess is metro state used some colored film or something on their light heads as whelen among many other brands dont do purple lenses on led lights just clear and also the fact its all single head colors might have been done by the owners or upfitters probably
