Whelen model 800-1-ML motorcycle red strobe on telescoping pole.

Working strobe has internal strobe controller, simply wire to 12VDC. Small white button on underside of strobe head powers on and off.
2 rapid strobes every second.
The second unit does not power up - could be a dead bulb, dead controller, or a simple fuse. I am not familiar enough with the board to make it work. Perfect for parts or if you simply want the telescoping pole.
