Searching for Whelen Par 46 lenses need red and clear. I currently have some blue available, willing to trade for red and white or purchase outright.

Generally PAR46 bulbs are complete units and the lens is part of the bulb. If the lenses come off the bulb is usually on its way out. There are exceptions...
