There is no such thing as an LED strobe. Some lesser manufactures will use the term however it is misleading. They actually mean the led diodes can flash at such a high speed so as to produce a "strobe like effect". This does not make them strobes; strobe utilize a flash tube (versus diodes in LED ).

To answer your question; no, a strobe supply will not work on LED's
