Newer style that has the one piece rubber pads. In good condition. Includes metal plate needed to attach them to a lightbar. Also includes gutter mount brackets(as shown in pics) with unknown vehicle gutter brackets (most likely for a CVPI, but not guaranteed) These will fit any liberty (older and new liberty II), legacy, justice, and freedom. Please make sure these are correct for you application.
