I know you want to sell the lot... I would offer $50 shipped for just the power supply the extra "halobeam max head" lenses, and the 7x3 red and blue lights. The other lights I either have plenty of or the lenses don't quite match as a set, which is no big deal but doesn't help my intended usage.
