Whelen wecan wiring/18 wire universal freedom bar question.

Having some issues with a new to me freedom wecan bar.

Have main power and ground wire coming out of the bar as well as a green and grey communication wire.

Have a brand new wecan 18 wire universal with the red hooked to power, black to ground, green and grey hooked to comm wires on light bar. Power going into bar and at all the fuses on the board. If any of the 18 wires are switched to 12v Not one of the lights will illuminated. . I also have not seen this style board on any of the wecan setups online, It has the one main board and 3 smaller modules. As pictured. If anyone can give some feed back or tell me if there is a way to test the comm signals or I/o board that would be great.

I haven’t plugged module into the computer. It was brand new and apparently comes pre programmed

That would be the first item I checked. I'd double check all grounds and fuses and well

Grounds good. Fuses on I/O board all getting power and good. I’ll look into downloading software. Maybe for whatever reason this didn’t come programmed from the factory
