Which to use, Cannon 120 or 360?

It will be going in this housing. In place of the halogen bulb. Also, is the light output actually usable when steady on? It will be all white. I can't imagine it is.

You are best off leaving the halogen bulb in place. The cannons are not great for fog light output. Going off angle, i'd use the 360.
