Who else makes directional arrow controllers

Besides Code 3, Whelen, and Federal Signal, (Arrowstik, Traffic Advisor and Signalmaster) who else makes the control units for the various directional bars. What are people's experiences with them? Looks like strobes and more makes one that is reasonably priced? Thanks

Sho Me used to (maybe still does) make one with a rotary dial controller that had a lot of other patterns as well

Ooh, good info, but looks like it does not support directional bars. Need the regular 4200 for that, that's $400
