WI Trooper Trevor Casper was fatally shot in Fond Du Lac, WI last night by an alleged bank robber and murderer. The suspect had previously robbed a bank and shot an innocent bystander whom he hijacked a vehicle from. Trooper Casper had located the suspect and was shot. Before succumbing to his injuries, Casper was able to fatally wound the suspect.
Trooper Casper was just 3 months out of the academy and unofficial sources have said that it was his first night on solo patrol.
Trooper Casper was 21 years old.
