Will the original magnets work

I like to know if the original magnets for the SVP 9200HM will me enough for the new light I built.


The 9200HM weighs in at less than 5lbs 9200H Series Star Mini-Bar - Halogen Light bar


And has 4 2'' 38 lb magnets the light I built see pic weighs in at 6lbs 1.7oz.


I think I should at least bump them up to 4 50lb magnets.


Suggestions?

If its not a big PITA, definitely upgrade. I don't trust the magnets that come on those bars too much. They have a tendency to crack or fall off...Star vacuum magnets are really strong, if you have the money to spare for them...

Thanks. No really a PITA they are actually riveted on.


I had my doubts about them being that the weight was higher.


Can't afford those but will get some 50's for it the extra 12lbs per should work.


I also meant to tell you in my other thread.


Thank you coming from a member who deals in Star products that's great complement on my build.

I had a rotator 9200, factory magnets at high speeds, no issue. Ive sold a few also, they never complained
