18 AWG, fused at 7.5A, is good for most LED lighting circuits.
Unfortunately, the table posted above isn't particularly useful. It's based only on voltage drop, and doesn't account for wire heating and insulation temp ratings. 30A through 18 AWG? No thanks.

Lowest I will use for a single LED head is 16ga. 14 if I'm running say a full feniex ILB or 800. Better safe than burn the vehicle down.
