Wiring Subaru Forester Taillight w/ Cannon 120's?

I am going to utilize Cannon 120's as the taillight bulb in a 2015 Subaru Forester. How do you wire them up to be used as the taillight? Do I need to dim them? The instructions are a little confusing...

If your trying to use them as stop and tail lights you will need to dim them with a resister for tail light functions.
