Negative wmreader blue MX series dome

I made an agreement with wmreader to purchase a blue MX series dome on 5/31, paid via Paypal on 6/2. Followed up with wmreader on 6/17 looking for a follow up.. no response.
Filed a claim with Paypal and no response.

No response to either myself or Paypal.. just an FYI.
