Work light for Truck Box

Not an emergency light but I am sure someone will have some good advice.

In my work truck... I have a large toolbox that houses a Generator... air system... tools... Anyways, I am wanting some type of a light... Not something that runs off the generator as that isn't always running when I am inside the box and that would be more hassle than it's worth... something that runs off of DC that I can wire to the vehicle.

Any suggestions or links of a good like for this?

Yeah. We cut out some of the plastic behind it. Let them sit on the other night for about 30 minutes. No issues with the heat at all.

Ah... They will get hot when left on long enough... But I doubt they will be left on for an hour plus...

They might. That will be a command vehicle when it is all done.

When I "bench tested" the lights, peak temp (by touch) seems to set after 20 minutes.

We shall see. If they get too hot, I'll change them out with somethin else.
