Neat video showing them being made. There's another on Youtube showing a lot of hand crafting operations which now look to be superseded by CNC production. Elaborate and intricate and made with care in Germany, not mass produced with Chinese electronics.

I like how the acoustic chamber shows a peak SPL of over 127 dB.

I was fortunate enough to buy a 2297GM from Retired1. The sound is musical. The ones in the video are the new 2298GM compressors which are supposed to be lighter in weight.
