Wanted WTB Whelen PAH112 or PAP112

Looking for a PAH112 (preferred) or PAP112. I'm an upfitter and can get one at dealer cost, but my friend, a VFF, can't afford it. If it was something he absolutely needed I'd cover it. He also needs a speaker and if you've got one for sale, a generic bracket.
