He asked the chief if he would sell them, the chief gave the go ahead. Fast forward to yesterday, I met my friend and was pleased to see the bars he brought me. One is a model 25RQL with 4 rotors and cascade v mirrors and near perfect domes. The other a super nice FireHawk bar with 3 rotators. Both bars must have seen little run time. I brought the bars home and cleaned them up. I was impressed since they had been sitting under a shelf on the floor.

They look like they're in great shape! That Aero is awesome and, although I've never been overly fond of the Hawk, that FireHawk is sweet in red like that. :)

That's a great haul, the FireHawk with the red base is pretty rare, and both look in great condition. Congrats.

Nice grabs! I think the white FireHawks are more rare though. I have seen very few of them. Red was ordered more because they "matched" the shiny red engines...or so I have been told by a few Federal reps.

Thanks guys, I was shocked when I washed off all of the dust and dirt that was on them. I was told it was a streethawk so when I seen it was a firehawk i was pretty stoked. One of our local fire depts has 2 white firehawks. When they upgrade im going to try and grab one of them.

The aero is super clean. I had to grease one rotor that was wobbling and tighten a lose bulb and it worked like a champ. The domes blew me away in the condition they are. Ive got both bars in the swapmeet section as I want to unload them to order a set of new domes for another aerodynic. If not they would be proudly displayed on my wall lol
