Does anyone know if there is a known chart of expected motor speeds on the vintage Federal motors? Type I, II and III ? I am looking for something to compare to for repaired motors.

That's a High Current (HC) board from an Edge Ultra. I'm not sure if Whelen ever made Freedom bars with that board inside, or if the LED lightheads were added later to replace strobe lightheads...
