I've tried for YEARS to find pics of the old Ferndale (MI) Police cars with the 1970s powder blue & white paint scheme. By total chance I happened onto this shot of that design in a horribly cheesy "Count Scary" video as featured on WDIV Ch4 - Detroit in 1983. Those of us here who are at least 35yrs old and from metro Detroit will remember the Count.
