(I'm not 100% on the year of this vehicle, but the back is what I am posting about anyway.) We got this rig in from another department. When we got it, all it had visible from the rear was ONE flashing red Dietz light, and it was on the curb side rather than the traffic side.

Today, I took a couple of red rotators that we took off of a truck that's going to auction and now you can tell it is an emergency vehicle at night.

It may not seem like much, but it makes a world of difference. If anyone is curious, the front (not pictured) is a Code 3 XL, all red.

That's a great improvement, now just some chevrons on the painted surfaces.

I wish, but it isn't my assigned truck and they already shake their heads at the chevrons on half my POV fleet. I might sneak some reflective yellow tape in when nobody is looking though. They let me do all the electrical warning equipment on all our department vehicles though. Why? While a bird-nest of wires attached to a bunch of lights make most remember they have somewhere else to be, I get so excited that I lose days there. :D
