2015 charger headlight strobe help

Hey guys wondering if anyone knew where I could get the illuminated led running lights around the actual headlight flasher at... ive seen a few on youtube but have not been able to find one myself. Also is there a special one that I have to have could I maybe take any old flasher box and wire it to headlights and fog lights to make it flash? Thanks in advance

I thought it was built into Police package like the brake light flasher
