My new department's primary.  I was there for a while helping with rehab.  A lot of guys were there through the night 12+ hours.

unofficial and very ballpark stats:

50+ pieces of apparatus

120+ firefighters (probably close to 200 personnel if you count EMS, EMA, and auxiliaries)

4 counties represented

2.5 million gallons of water flowed (do not quote me on that)

Notable: CFD brought a "heavy box" along with their foam truck, the Regional HazMat task force (NC RRT7), and their fieldcom stuff.  Gaston County's "Tanker Task Forces" (all of them) were on hand for most of the event too.  They provided tens of thousands of gallons of water on a continuous rotation for hours.

A little history on the Tanker Strike Team;

We founded the team in 2009 as a way to establish greater water supplies and secondary water points for Gaston County's fire district. The team was originally split into two parts, North Team and South Team. In 2012, we further divided the team into four separate teams. With the full team operational, it includes 25 separate apparatus, with 21 tankers and four drafting engines from 22 separate departments. All together, we can organize over 61,000 gallons of water in a very short time period. Since inception, the Strike Team has been dispatched a total of seven times to a variety of calls.

In case you are wondering, I am a member of a Gaston County department.

I imagine it would take more than one WSO to handle all of that!

Ah.  Yeah, I was hardly ever around a radio, but I imagine there were a ton of officers acting in various capacities.
