Seems VERY suspicious to me. Some of the "testimonial" letters are from the 90's. Their Facebook page only has 137 "likes"... it just screams scam to me. I wouldn't be giving them any of my info.

Only thing that throws me off track is that its not a ".gov" website.


It's clearly not a government agency of any kind, just a company offering car buying service, loans, and insurance. It's not necessarily a scam, but you can probably get a better deal on the same services through a local credit union or insurance agent.
