The person who told me about this said his buddy who is a Vollie FF did it with a great outcome. Only thing that throws me off track is that its not a ".gov" website. The testimonials seem to be legit though.

Seems VERY suspicious to me. Some of the "testimonial" letters are from the 90's. Their Facebook page only has 137 "likes"... it just screams scam to me. I wouldn't be giving them any of my info.

It's clearly not a government agency of any kind, just a company offering car buying service, loans, and insurance. It's not necessarily a scam, but you can probably get a better deal on the same services through a local credit union or insurance agent.
