Wanted (Budget) Horn/Siren

Hello,

I need a full set of Siren + Speaker that provides the ability of a normal-ish horn, Horn-ring activated and preferrably with PA system. What do you have/advise?

I looked at the new stuff and apparently the cheapest I could get away with would be a Feniex Storm Pro 100w and a Feniex Triton for around 200$ dollars. If anyone has stuff for sale at less, it'd be more than welcome!
