Wanted Code 3 model V-Con #3691L4

Hello - For a vintage vehicle restoration I'm working on, I am in the market for a Code 3 V-Con model #3691L4 control box. This specific model I'm looking has deleted the Air Horn button on it. While they look very similar (and the model number is similar), I do "not" need the model that includes the air horn button as I already have one of those, but am hoping to find the other model. PM me with details/photo(s) if you have one available. It must be in working / fully functional condition.
