Edge 9M outboard strobes not working

Hello all, I purchased an Edge 9M locally and I went to test the bar and it all works besides both outboard strobes,
GRN/BLK
BLU/BLK wires.
Is this a common issue with these bars, or is it something like the board is fried?

Follow the wiring from those outboard strobes back to the strobe power supply. Start by checking that it is getting both power and ground, including checking the fuse for that strobe power supply.

Please let us know what you find.

I replaced all the fuses, still nothing. I’m not totally sure how to check the power and stuff but I was just sticking the voltmeter into everything I could lol, 12v on everything but still nothing.

Is it the outboards on the same end. See if you can swap them around with the outboards on the other end, or another strobe head(s), that you know work, to make sure the outputs of the power supply are working. I should have asked, how many strobes, full size bar or mini.
