EMT Samantha Agins succumbed to a series of strokes after performing prolonged CPR on a cardiac arrest patient on August 11, 2015.
Samantha was 22 years old, a senior at East Stroudsburg University, and planned to pursue a career as a Physician Assistant. She was a recent graduate of the EMT program in which I am now a student, and the instructors who knew her are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of a promising young life.
