That's the FedSig Escape lightbar available here in the States. It's full-sized equivalents are shown at the bottom of that same pic. Unfortunately, only the mini version is available in the US now, although a full-sized version was tested by the FDNY several years ago. The US models are equipped with QuadraFlare modules.
