I finally broke down and responded to this ad via PM:



Dan was quick to get back with me.  We settled on a shipped price, and he moved it very quickly.  His packaging actually saved the lightbar, because the shipper sure did a number on the box.

The item was exactly as described, and the communication was spot-on.
