Green Unity Spitfire

Finally made a green spitfire dome. Turned out pretty good. Still learning about painting though. The dome has a patch of tiny tiny air bubbles in the paint. I think I sprayed the paint to close, and blew air into the paint. The 4th picture shows the bubble patch from the inside. The 5th picture is a close up of the patch. almost unnoticeable from the outside looking in.

It looks real good to me. Painting domes is not easy. When you spray the sides you get overspray on the top. When you spray the top you get overspray on the sides. My advice is get the sides as perfect as you can, then wet sand and polish the top to finish it off.

Exactly, instead of wet sanding i think ill just spray the top first. Then ill tape it off and spray the sides. The domes are just to inclosed not to get dryspray floating around
