A bunch of volunteers running lights and sirens looking for an accident scene in the wrong place, they then comically all speed away to the correct location, after putting on quite a show here.Holly Moses, can someone please help me understand what was happening????!!!!!!!
This is a fundraising promo video. All stagedThis came up as a recommended video after watching the circus act at the top of the thread. Lots of epic Hatzolah action to be had:
M y bet it's something to do with not riding in a vehicle on the Sabbath.

No expert here, but: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Driving_on_ShabbatYou're kidding right?
Does that mean their defib is constantly shocking.. even when in storage ?No expert here, but: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Driving_on_Shabbat
Also, if you read your appliance manuals, many now have 'shabbat' mode. Elevators do, too. They just run continually, stopping at every floor.
Nope not kidding. Now, I may be wrong, but it has been my understanding that opening and closing car doors and the interior light turning on and off constitutes "work" which is not supposed to be performed on the Sabbath. You're kidding right?
Their are multiple volunteer groups running running emergency lights in and around NYC. Not debating the legality and the safety concerns. Just because they're Hasids running red and blues doesnt make it Hatzolah.Actually it has everything to do with Hatzolah, undoubtedly that's the reason the vehicle operator has EV warning equip installed in his POV.
If this is the Rabbi's funeral and not a Hatzolah Little Rascal's response to an ambulance call the vehicle operator has no legal right to be in NYS VTL Emergency Operation.
Furthermore, if this is a Rabbi's funeral procession it is exactly the same conduct that set into motion the Crown Heights Riot of 1991.
