Identifying Bar

Want some help identifying this rear bar, assuming it is a Federal Signal based on the modules, is it custom fabricated? Just curious if anyone had info on it, thanks.

The lightbar on the roof is a 47" Code 3 Excalibur. I, too, am curious what the bar on the rear deck is.

On the rear deck is a FS rear inner edge equivalent with Solaris modules. I don’t remember what its exact name is off the top of my head.
