Working on a 54” Liberty II LC bar. I’m aware of the sync workaround on Lib I but can’t figure out how to achieve sync on a Liberty II. Can anyone help? Thank you very much.

I seem to recall @Keith K. being the one to make sync mode on the Liberty well-known here. I wonder if he has any information about the Liberty II.

Whelen tech support says it is likely a I/O board issue and they’re sending me a new one under warranty. Apparently the next generation has that capability. Will advise. Thanks

Could you share what you learned, please?
Apparently the LC IO board in my Libby 2 was an earlier version that lacked any DIP switches. It was not capable of syncing the heads, and even using scanlock required that each pair be separated to change patterns. The tech support guy shipped me out a new I/O board that includes 4 DIP switches. Switch 1 can be set to "on" and the bar will flash all heads right to left resulting in big blocks of light. Pattern can be whatever you want, but all signal heads will flash alternately. Moving switch 1 to the other position returns the bar to unsynchronized (scatter) flash.

Handled under warranty.
