well i bought these thinkin they'd be the cats meow but due to my vehicle they're not...
in the house no lights on and it was cloudy outside.
these are behind 20% tint. yes it seems bright now ( thats a street light in the back ground about 200 feet from my house) but the flash back in the car is unbearable to the point where you cant see out im also standing about 50 feet in front of the car .
so i figured id dismount one lay it on the dash and see the difference.
which there is BIG TIME
but i can't just leave them on the dash no place to mount them due to heater vents and the VIN
so i adjusted 1 of the barackets which brought the light down from being directly under the tint to 1/3rd of it not under it. can you tell which one is which?
well here's both
with the car's parking lights on (notice how nicely they light up the hood even though there not pointed down...
and here's a close up behind the tint.
notice you can see the reflectors and how they aim the light.
I might be able to fix my problem by finding some longer mounting brackets to get the light below the tint. but then they will almost be in my line of sight. Also there's the whole flashback issue. I need to do some more work to make them perfect for my situation, but with no overtime and my part time gig over my play toy funds are now obsolete.
