That is a good price for a 12EF with the optional "V" mirrors and in good condition.

So what was the deal with a model EF? you could get it with OR without the V mirrors even though it had the flashers?

I hope it went to a good home. That's a nice looking bar!

it will join 5 other sibbling twinsonic versions in the collection.  this one will take a special spot due it being the same model that i started out my civilian LE career with.

Hmmmmm  12EF Series A1A 1Z... interesting.  Series A1A was Federal's attempt to use up their stock of endcaps marked "A1" on bars that used Series A3 parts, so that is a slight rarity in itself.  The "1Z" usually indicates a special order item, special options, or a specific agency ordered the item.  That makes this one even more unique.

As far as I can tell, 1979 was the only year for the Series A1A Twinsonic.

Why you dirty.... Just kidding! :D I was going to call that guy in the morning when I got off work and BAM, the listing was gone. It's good to see it went to someone here that will take care of it(and not do something stupid to it). Awesome bar, good grab!

I had a chance to call, the ad was still up. Took alot, and I do mean alot of self control not to.

But I have a member here to finish paying for a great item.

I am also glad this bar went to a great home, it deserves it for being a survivor!

It's beautiful, now wheres the video?
