Well TBH it kinda is.
The NOS part aside, I see mini jets frequently at one point these were selling from a distributor for about $150(ish) and they were all blue.

If your a jet aficionado or like NOS things then yes, but I don't see these commanding stellar pricing. Regardless of NOS or not.

For truly NIB, I can see a mini-Jet going for $150. I think the soft collector market is due to so many used Jet and mini-Jet models being available and tons of them still in service.
