Old version of Cobra Mini lightbar issue

Have a first version of cobra mini lightbar that was working great until recently just went to steady burn on its own and one head still flashing on one pattern and also has moisture in the head. Tried seeing if the flash pattern would change but no luck. Any thought on how this should be addressed?

The one with moisture in it is probably shorting it out. You can try to disconnect it and see if the rest will start flashing properly.
