Smart Siren Freezes/Frozen on a Tone

Has anyone had this issue where the smart siren would get stuck on a siren tone, and only way to shut off is by unplugging the keypad or restarting the car?

yep its a common thing in the horn ring circuit if a relay is not used on the horn output wire from the smart siren.
