RIP Senior Deputy!! :(

It seems an ironic shame that she drown & was a member of the Sheriff's Dive Team. What a horrible accident!

I was actually in Austin that night. The storm came in fast and it was heavy rain. At the same time Deputy Hollis was swept away, another LEO s sitting in his squad, with barricades, blocking another water crossing, when a woman drove around hm. Her car was swept, and the Officer went to rescue her. He got her out and safe, and then got washed down stream. Two other Police from two different cities responded and were able to rescue him.
