Those are Code3 SD/LP mounting feet. Maybe it's the angle of the picture ?

There are no end caps on this one, and there are only 8 rows of slots in the speaker cover which look to run all the way to the top at the bend. It does have LP feet on it though. I don't know what it is. The lenses have cutouts in them also that don't seem to serve any purpose.

with it having what appears to be diamond mirrors between the rotators it could be a 47 inch Code 3 Force 4 SD

I remember that post. Im thinking someone said Philadelphia police used these for a while. I remember the photos. Turboboost is the only one that has one. This is probably one of the rarest lightbars out there.
