Wow, I have never seen a good picture of one. They were out around the time of the glass internal diffuser version of the 5000 (1968). In your black and white pic the 5000 sits to the left partially cut off, do you have full pic of that? I have never seen a picture of the 5000 in literature either and have been looking for one. Whelen's use of internal optics through the years is interesting.

Regardless very cool and early light. I'm jealous, thanks for posting.
