Whelen 500 Series Mirror Beams For Ford Police Interceptor Utility

A random question regarding Whelen 500 Series Mirror Beams. So in the days of the ol' Crown Victoria, departments everywhere had the 500 Series mirror beams on their old vics, but with the 13-15 FPIU, I've only noticed them on CHP cruisers. Are the mirror beams for the Explorer an exclusive product produced only for CHP like their special Liberty 1 FBLB and the 7 head LIN6 TA? I've also not seen them for sale anywhere, unlike the CVPI mirror beams, as lots of departments had 'em. So if anyone knows if Explorer mirror beams are an exclusive CHP thing or not, please provide some input.

All of the Explorer mirror beams that Ive come across have been surface mount Ions.

From what I've seen, yeah the CHP has a lot of parts that are made specifically for them. This would seem to be one of them, I think. My 2016 CHP Explorer still had them on when decommissioned and sold to me.
