Have a CenCom Gold (gen 2, not red label) that I installed, was purchased used and supposedly worked before. Prior to programming, control head backlight worked, red indicators would come on when buttons pressed, etc. After I tried to program, backlight comes on, but no red indicators come on...

Thank you, but these are slightly different than the B-link / Edge 10000 endcaps. The BL10000 corners are not open on the side, as they do not seal against the separate takedown housings.

Does anyone have a source for the corner endcaps for a BL10000? not having much luck online.

I'm having the same issue. Control pad has been checked by whelen. I'm thinking bad ARM maybe? Any resolution to this?

Have an older cencom red that's giving me trouble. A few times, when you activated a fuction on the 3position slider switch, it would come on for 3-5 seconds, then the backlighting on the control pad would start flashing (at a regular interval), along with the function being turned on/off...
